My wedding moodboard found 3 years too late. When I was planning my wedding I was invisioning this, old Hollywood glamour. I don't think I quite reached that so I'd like to re-do the day one day. It just evokes the right mood!

Spring 2009 trend... Coloured pumps, coloured shoes.. They're even entering the office world. Wear very simple colours and then jazz up your outfit with bright coloured shoes. I can see this working!

Ashton Kutcher has used his twitter to offer advice on marriage from his experience. And some of the things he says are right on point! I'm actually surprised of how mature he's taking his marriage. Maybe marrying an older woman has made him smarter.

Martha to be cancelled in Canada

It has been announced that we won't be getting the Martha Stewart show, well new shows anymore which really sucks because I've been watching it lately and she really has the best recipes for all kinds of foods and has celebs even come on to show their favourite recipes.. Affairs in the air...

Affair #2 according to Star magazine, Sean Penn was spotted making out with Natalie Portman. "They went to a bank of elevators that only goes to the spa or to the private rooms," an eyewitness tells Star. " They came back about 45 minutes later, and that's when I saw them making out."

"There's a door outside of the hotel's Tower Bar that has a bridge to the terrace, so it's semi-private," The girl who saw says. GOSSIP GIRL There was already cheating when the show begun. The very first episode there was a flash back of the boy cheating on his girlfriend with her best friend. Its so messed up but so fun to watch.



90210 This show is still new but there is already some swappage happening. Ethan the football player has already dated the two most popular girls in the school.. but in real life dating another one of them.. and the rest we'll just have to watch and follow along..

Raptor's fans

I think its rather odd that we didn't get this onto the Toronto news circuit until now.. This happened last summer when Chris Bosh played in the Olympics. If you haven't heard, Bosh, 24 dumped her girlfriend 28, when she was 7 months pregnant. Apparently, they were trying to have a baby and he even paid for her fertility drugs. Does she really need fertility at 28? She's now calling him a deadbeat dad. His only comment was that he loves his baby girl and will be fighting a custody battle for her. The ex wants full custody and child support.. Why do you think this always happens to famous athletes? I hope everything works out good for their child!

Vera Wang says she loves black tights and owns like 20 pairs. They still go with everything and anyone of any age can wear them as long as they are worn appropriately which means... Keep the booty hidden at all times! They aren't pants!

Not so hot

Angelina is apparently on a liquid diet of lemon juice, cayenne pepper and maple syrup. She's lost 21 lbs. in 21 days. Can you imagine just drinking that? gross! Eat up yo! Its not looking good at all!

Tuck away home office

Marthastewart.com has this great idea for keeping your files and messy stuff all in one place. I love this idea.. just how do I get or make one of those. Right now our office has bills, pictures, office supplies all in different places and it gets really annoying when I can't find the stapler which somehow manages to get up and walk about on its own. Great solution, probably have to buy a chest first.

One weeks grocery list

I saw this on Oprah.. One weeks worth of groceries for $60 (in the states) but all of these items can make dinner for an entire week. I'm going to the grocery store today to test this out.. and make all her recipes from oprah.com. Less shopping, less money, less stress trying to think of dinner ideas for every night... I hope it works out!

Beyonce loves video games

I heard on the radio that Beyoncé loves video games. Apparently that's her favourite thing to do and just wants to play all the time. For once we get to hear something real about her. For the people that still have a job at St. Joe's, publisher of Toronto Life, Fashion, WeddingBells and Canadian Family, have been told that their pay will be cut by 5% from April to October and that work weeks for the months of July and August will be reduced to four days. I mean at least they still have a job but really not a good sign.

Mont Tremblant accident...

Sad, oh so sad.. Natasha Richardson, actress and wife of Liam Neesen dies from falling off a lift at Mont Tremblant. She didn't hit anything on her way down but ended up with brain damage, with some sort of leak from the brain to the skull. So sad she was just skiing! Becareful out there..

CIRCUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I couldn't have been more proud of Britney last night at her concert in Toronto. She looks amazing for someone who has had two babies, been through the crapper and is back on top. Recently Perez states that Britney has a stocker who is following her tour giving her death threats by email and phone. She is terrified for her boys getting kidnapped and has been having nightmares every night. Brit brit upped her security.. and still put on a fantastic show. Mind you she isn't the same 20 year old Britney she used to be.. She did work the set, the dancers, the costumes and those 4" stilettos! After all the excitment, I couldn't contain myself and fell out of the SUV trying to move from the back to the passengers seat.. I completely missed a siderail, the curb was steep and ended up flying to my right like superman and busted my hand, elbow and knee... oh Britney you rock!

Thinking this is going to be hilarious

With all the bromances happening around the world.. I think this movie is going to be hilarious. Both actors are jokes and the concept of a man not having any man friends, finds a man who's, by the day the most inappropriate, weirdo and makes him his best man.. well I just have to see that.

Just thought I'd write to all douche bags out there. Spencer Pratt is definitely #1. Do you think someone can actually be that heinous? I actually hate this guy.. What everyone needs is to have a man that knows how to respect your parents and your friends!!!! I can't wait for the new season of The Hills.. could it finally be over? Will Heidi ever break free????? Please say yes!

Is the economy really that bad?

Being that it would take three generations to get the States out of their trillions of dollar dept... I think they're all trying to figure out how to fix the problem.. but could marijuana be the answer to the economic misery facing California? This Democratic State Assembly dude Tom Ammiano thinks so. He introduced legislation last month that would legalize pot and allow the state to regulate and tax its sale. Pot is, after all, California's biggest cash crop, responsible for $14 billion in annual sales, dwarfing the state's second largest agricultural commodity — milk and cream — which brings in $7.3 billion annually, according to the most recent USDA statistics. huh?

I like Reese much better with Jake the man rather than Ryan. Ryan was a little too pretty, like a little feminine flower of a man... Jake just suits her. I hope they never ever break up!

More saddness for magazine publishing in Toronto

Transcontinental Media cut 28 magazine jobs in Toronto today across all departments. The company also announced the immediate closure of Canadian Home & Country magazine. Yet another one bites the dust... also Quebecor World, Canada's largest printer, permanently laid off 160 employees at its Richmond Hill and Aurora, Ont., plants last week. Bummer... Maybe I'll have to change my career?!?!?!
