One weeks grocery list

I saw this on Oprah.. One weeks worth of groceries for $60 (in the states) but all of these items can make dinner for an entire week. I'm going to the grocery store today to test this out.. and make all her recipes from oprah.com. Less shopping, less money, less stress trying to think of dinner ideas for every night... I hope it works out!
