OMG! HUGE!

Can you guess which one is Akbar Risuddin? A four-day-old baby boy, weighing 8.7-kilograms (19.2-pounds), lays in the middle of two standard size newborn babies at a hospital in Kisaran, North Sumatra, Indonesia. 19 lbs! Can you imagine? I mean I was 10 lbs, 11 ounces back in the 70s and a month late.. how did this child get so big?
